The Society for Astronomical Sciences will hold its 39th annual Symposium in Ontario, California, on June 11-12-13. This will be a joint meeting with the American Association of Variable Star Observers (AAVSO).

Statement re June 2020 SAS-AAVSO Symposium:
We are monitoring the spread of the coronavirus and its possible impact on travel and our upcoming meeting in Ontario, California.  At the present time, we are planning on holding the meeting.
In the event that government action (city, state, or national) requires us to cancel the meeting, we will issue full refunds of all registration fees.  
We will keep you informed of any changes as they develop.
